The cusine of El Vinyet places the quality market product as a point of departure and also the time needed to prepare a good dish. As an example, you will find home-desalted codfish, as it has always been made; the pork feet, boiled and then stewed with norway lobsters cooking for hours, or even boned, pine-nut-filled and cut as a carpaccio.
